At Texas Soap Company, we take pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted soap and personal-care products. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

At our discretion, we may require the item to be returned.


3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

Because skin types and sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual.

Refunds or replacements are not issued for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin irritation

  • Individual sensitivity to ingredients

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test prior to full use.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@texassoapco.com.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Texas Soap Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • Please contact the carrier directly

  • Reach out to us, and we will assist with filing a claim when applicable


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing

  • Additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
